The name reflects the design concept of Lumiére Residencies of maximizing natural light within living spaces.

The Lumiére design concept optimizes the use of natural light in all living areas creating a natural openness, enhanced further by the use of materials of light, earthy shades of colour.

All living spaces are designed to have an external face as far as possible, with minimal internal rooms or mechanical ventilation. The designs have a service entrance in addition to the main entrance for additional convenience and privacy.
